Your current DISPLAY name and any other display names you have used in the past. Also please post a screenshot of your login name here

You will have to provide solid proof that the account is yours with a picture like this, proving that you are logged into the runescape site under your Login name, with your display name. If you don't already know how to do this, then follow the instructions below:

1. Go to www.runescape.com

2. Click on Account management.

3. Click on "Change Display Name"

4. Log in and take the screenshot.
